Uplisting
On July 21, 2014, the Company received approval from The NASDAQ OMX Group to begin trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. Such trading began on July 28, 2014.
Resignation and Appointments
On July 18, 2014, Mr. John Stetson tendered his resignation as an officer in all of the subsidiaries of the Company. On July 28, 2014, the Company appointed Mr. Francis Knuettel as Chief Financial Officer in all the Companys subsidiaries. |
